Well dontcha know...If that ain't a classic Cali response I don't know what is....
So I should pay 3x as much road tax as the guy making a median income (tax the rich) for theoretically the same privilege's and 5x as much as anyone low income, who both hypothetically use the same roads the same amount.
Then I should get extra taxed for buying fossil fuel for my vehicle? Of course "I" would have the means to buy a EV, unlike the low and median income guy. So I escape that tax and the low and median guy pay by gas tax?
