When leaving the St. Lawrence River area on Rt 81 south. We normally see 2 or 3 life jackets on the shoulder. This weekend on Rt 31 right near our house, there was a sign on a telephone pole in front of a house saying: Found Toyota Tonneau Cover. How do you lose a tonneau cover and not notice it take flight in your rear view mirror?!
