Thanks for all the information. As you can probably tell from my screen name we have also had a Roo. It was a 2006 233. We have no problems, we baught it used and only had it a couple of years. I get a little confused when the dealer tells me how the walls are all vacuum laminates and nobody else does that but I also see some bad reviews about leaks. Dadmomh I'm glad you had a similar size model to compare to. We don't have many people to camp with so walking from one end to the other shouldn't be a problem but I did notice that with the sofa out you can just walk around the island. Bubba Chris no we have not been in it closed but the bathroom door does hinge on the side closer to the slide so I rethink it will open. Our current trailer does that and we have to open the slide a few inches to get in the bathroom. The outdoor kitchen is really what I want. I always setup a table with a grill and set up a stove. All are stored under the bunk in a compartment accessible from the outside so I would be loosing that space. So with the outdoor kitchen all that is in the trailer.
