Not at all familiar with your GC and capacities. We had the ROO 23SS and loaded up, ready to pull out of the driveway, we weighed 5000# on the nose. Our F150 has the 5.4 and factory tow package. Suggest you do some serious number crunching with what it's going to take to make your vehicle and trailer compatible. Remember that you need around 1000# wiggle room regardless. Our F150 has a max towing of 8000#, so we had plenty to spare.
I was not aware you could add much more than a tranny cooler and a few extras after manufacture. Whatever you do, just be sure you're not right on the line. Good luck.
As far as the ROO itself, we loved it and had no issues at all. Towed great, very comfortable inside arrangement, loved the huge kitchen. We would still have it if old age had not set in around here and made set up quite a chore, so the change to a TT....also a Rockwood and equally happy.
