Ignorance is bliss, they say... So, you experience 'tank fallout' and a couple things happen. One, you have an acute loss of fresh water and two, if driving down the road and the tank parts company with the RV and falls down in the road and the vehicle behind you hits it, you not only get a ticket for an insecure load, you get sued by the driver behind you for damage to their vehicle and possibly personal injury. Not a good scenario either way.
