No one has ever complained about a tank suddenly falling off the trailer when it's just sitting there but when it's being towed so yes, it is
ALL about the forces on the straps
when towing. Support the tank properly and one can easily tow a travel trailer without giving any thought at all to how full or empty the tank(s) may be. :R
