I would remove the other two receptacles and replace with an "old work box" and residential/commercial receptacles. I would put the Romex in Wiremold surface mount conduit.
Sounds like a good plan, thanks. I would need to trace the microwave receptacle all the way back to eliminate it correct? If I cannot do that what is another alternative?
