Not really. You have a fairly big open area in front of the couch, but you can't get to the kitchen (or bathroom)without opening the kitchen slide. That slide isn't very deep and its on the curb side, so we open it wherever we are. In a rest stop, the camper is still between the lines in parallel spots with the slide open.
This "drawback" seems to get a lot of discussion, mainly from people who don't own one - but it takes less than 30 seconds to open the slide. We always use the camper for lunch on the road. Not really an issue IMO, and space you gain from the 2 slides when parked is totally worth it.
