I can see how staying at the beach for a week or more can be a challenge with managing water usage. Not like it's an easy thing to pack up and go get water or dump. Bedlams suggestion is what I'd do. Get yourself a pump, rig it up under the hood of your truck and enjoy

You're just asking for the edge of the plywood to gouge the roof membrane by doing that.
