Do not use screws or try to peel the roof or caulk back . Use the eternabond, like suggested, or self leveling caulk. That model Jayco is known to leak at the corners. My nephew and friend have the same model and both are dealing with an issue where it was leaking in the exact same spot you describe and on a back corner then wicking through the felt under the rubber roof. Both leaks went undetected for a while because of the wicking and caused extensive damage under the rubber roof. I'm not trying to scare you or claim you have the same issue but I would thoroughly check and re-caulk all the seams and voids on the roof. My nephew has an adjuster coming out today to see if they are going to cover the damage under his insurance.
