Roof seal, I think

Question

I have a problem and it's hanging down the door side of the TT. It's the seal, I guess, above the gutter, and it's hanging off the TT. It looks like it covers some screws up there. It's torn and need some advice on how to fix it or probably replace it. See picture for a better explanation. RV:

Thanks. I ordered and got today via Amazon ptime. Just finished installing it. Went to check the other side to see if it needed changing, and come to find out, it's not even installed on that side. So I went ahead and installed on both sides and I think it looks great. Thanks for the help!
