Tips? Not sure. From here looks like same vent with partial remnants of old lids attached. Vent one, uncurl end of hinge tube, old lid hinge should slide out. To reinstall crank needs to be removed... 2 screws from inside, slide arm out of lid rail, umm copy of inst. might be easier
vent two also has part of old lid hinge remaining, quite a bend in the base edge. Both look like base hinge barrels bent but lids may slide on.
