Only the fabric on the roof has a warranty beyond one year. Dealers really like to stress this as if it is worth something...It covers the rubber or plastic covering in the even it should leak. It doesn't cover, labor, caulking, fittings and then it's probably pro-rated besides. Total value of roof warranty...maybe a couple hundred bucks on a bill to replace at approximately $150.00 a running foot...Next to worthless in my opinion..Good luck.

Watched a video on Alpha Products website featuring their membrane being applied on a Jayco assembly line. Worker literally tossed a 5 gal. pail of adhesive on the Luan then assisted by a second employee, they rolled the stuff out on the Luan, then ran back down the catwalk to grab the end of a roll of Alpha Ply and walk it to back end of trailer. Without a lot of regard for getting the air out from the ballooning membrane, they then went from front to back with squeeqees to "bond" membrane to adhesive and Luan.
It's a wonder they don't leak like sieves from the factory (and I bought a Jayco last year).
