Well over 80,000 towing miles on my Rockwood and I had over 50,000 before the frst concern was experienced. I believe they are a very solidly built trailer. On the down side there are places on my floor that FEEL soft (right around heat vents) since the floor is built onto foam blocks. Great insulation but the softness can be a little annoying until you realize what it is and what it is not. It is NOT wood rot or any other moisture intrusion problem.
