Being in SE MI, you could plan a nice little trip to Millersburg, IN and take a tour of the facility. DH background was in manufacturing management and he thoroughly enjoyed seeing what they do and their systems. Just call for an appt and they'll get you all set up. Think their usual day is Wednesday, but we couldn't work our schedule for that so they were very accommodating and made it fit our travel plans. While you're there, naturally I can't remember the name of the restaurant but they can tell you, just absolutely awesome food. Had lunch there and then just drove around the area and came upon an out of the way place for dinner. The Amish do know how to cook, serve and make you feel very welcome.
