I had a Shamrock 21RS (made on same line as Roo) and it was an '05. While not damaged the floor would flex slightly when walked on. I would have to assume they have probably addressed this problem by now. I tried trading it in at a non Forest River dealer and he thought there was water damage to the floor (despite not being able to find any leaks at all) and I explained it was that way from the factory.
I went down the road to another dealer who was a Forest River dealer and they were familiar with the issue and I traded it in there. They said it would cost $300.00 to "fix the flex". Other than this issue it was a great trailer that I towed with a 4Runner with a 110" wheelbase.
We upgraded both the tow vehicle and trailer.
