You get what you pay for. There is a Caravan Manufacturer, here(Evernew) who has his original Vans going around the Australian Outback(not paved roads) for the last 50yrs.
You can bold anything you want, the fact remains that we do not have too many options when it comes to construction of travel trailers in the States. Even Airstreams have their issues.
