RPM while towing

I think I need to get rid of the dual exhaust! That may make running those RPMs more tollerable. I guess I will have to get used to it. I drove my 73 vw to work today and without a tach, there is no telling how high the rpms were, but I just kept my foot in it without concern. Just what you get used to. I sure do like the truck and hate to think of getting something newer and more complicated.
