Biggest reason for us for washing the roof is to minimize black streaks. So, I use either dawn soap or the dicor wash occasionally to wash the roof. My goal is to REMOVE the loose dirt, not necessarily make it look like a wash and wax pure white. All I want is to keep loose dirt/leaves etc. from washing off and making black streeks.
