I carry the OEM 275R70 18 as spare. Always check air pressure. 200,000 km no flats on 19.5's on gravel/ pavement/ construction sites sometimes with TC. As spare tire is out of sun, never considered dry rot . OEM is within 1/2" diameter of 19.5's. Run a set of studded 18" tires in winter. Very important. Lug nuts are different on 19.5" Visions than 18" OEM. Always have a set of 8 OEM lug nuts if you do have to change flat.
