Rusty trim screw & leak
I found a rusty trim screw and a leak in my closet. The screw was backed out about 1/8". Wondering if you guys think this is source of leak or just the exit point?

- Unless the screw protrudes clear to the outside, it is just the exit point.
- Well if it is in your closet, and I don't think it has rained in there, I would guess that it is not the source. Check outside trim for bad caulking, you probably have some wet or rotted wood behind and above the screw you found.
- Was the screw high or low?
