Larry I am with you. BBQ a lot with my grill attached to the side of the trailer and not once have I had a problem, but I will say this, when I am cooking that is my main job, not drinking beer or doing anything else. 15 to 30 minutes of cooking and then I can do what I want to do and have a nice meal to go with that.
