We have had quite a few different campers and one thing we wanted on our new one was an outside kitchen, and a big bathroom with a solid door on the shower, central air, and no slide on the awning side, we have had that and it is unhandy and in the way.
so far the outside kitchen had been more handy than we thought as she can make coffee out side, and I can do some of the sides while I grill and that takes some work off of her, plus washing dishes outside is also handy.
when in bear country we can put the grill and other smelly things in it and just shut the door at night and not worry about it.
the big bathroom is more her than me, but she loves it, we have grandkids and it makes it nice for getting them cleaned up.
just giving some feedback on some options we are really glad we got.
I really think you can get a TT that will be what you want in the 28-30ft range.
PS as if you didn't have enough to think about. :B
