Anyone have any experience dealing with this place in regards to travel trailers? They seem to have some good deals.

Clearly you are insisting on missing the point that I was making. You yourself stated the GVWR of your trailer in your post of 8/5 above, and I was simply pointing out that the supplied tires could still work if one were to stick within that limit, taking into account the tongue weight. It is that simple.
Here is the kicker - It is only in that same post that you mentioned the relevant fact that your trailer was designed to be supplied with 15" tires, which is your bone of contention.
Two different issues.
Anyway I hope you get your 15" tires and you are finally satisfied on all counts, including with Funtown.
