I have my 8'4" wide trailer in a 12' wide garage, and have just enough space to open the doors. Since your garage is only 10' wide, you will have a difficult time just getting the trailer into the garage, much less being able to open the doors. So you will need to pull it out of the garage to access the inside, and you'll need plenty of driveway to do it.
I also suggest overestimating the driveway length if you ever want the option of a longer trailer in the future.
