Rv roof repair using Flex seal.

has anyone used flex seal on their rubber roof on a trailer to stop leaks if you have please let me know what kind of results you've had. I am talking about the liquid flex seal that comes in quarts and 1/2 gallons
  • I’d be Leary of anything not specified by the rubber roof makers, such as Dicor. Have you priced replacing that rubber membrane? Breathtaking is the word I’d use to describe the cost of ruining that rubber.
  • Flex seal is only a temporary fix. I wouldn't trust that stuff to hold up very long. Best to get some Dicor Self Leveling lap sealant or Eternabond or similar product depending on where your leak is. Those products are made for RV repairs. Do it right the first time and be done.
