I have a condo unit all enclosed, just for RV's boats, cars, , 14 x 50 ft. You own them, I paid fifthy thousand for it. There is about 200 units. Very safe, camera all over the place ele. gate wash rack, dump, bathrooms. Very nice set up.
We have taxes, managment. Cost me about eight hundred per year for all that.
