$40/mth for uncovered on a concrete pad. $100+ for covered in north Tampa area. haven't checked elsewhere, but $40-$50/mth seems like a fair amount. Anything more just seems exorbitant. I couldn't fathom paying $327/mth unless it was in a 24/7 accessible garage somewhere where it was secure and completely protected.
