The only time our camper has been damaged was when it was parked at our own house LOL We didn't notice any extra damage or wear and tear due to it being parked outdoors at a camper lot. Frankly, we've had it over 3 years and it still looks brand new (minus the damage mentioned above, which is being fixed).
The lot we had ours at has a whole herd of feral cats that take care of the mice issue.
