Been a while but seams to me I downloaded each from one of the sites offering both states and provinces, then used some graphics software to cut and paste them together and used that image in the sig. Failing that you could probably print both of them and literally cut and paste them and scan the new pic.

A swing arm is what I prefer however all of my cabinets are high, they all touch the ceiling. And that is how high my TV is right now. Not the best viewing height . Haven't seen any swing arm that will also lower the TV as we'll.

No, according to the videos I've seen, they are all-in-one units.

But even stand-alone under cabinet flip down mounts haven't popped up on any internet searches.
