Wow.......No, I joined because I agreed with the TCM articles intent, which was to help make TC's owners and dealers aware of a national organization taking $ for certification and then not supporting the industry. I live in VT, have a 2013 LivinLite 10' with a 2012 F250. I did not do the profile because I did not know that I needed it to be listened to without being insulted.
As for being an embarrassment to the community, who made you the moderator? I only expressed agreement with the article. I have had 4 truck campers, 2 of which I made when we could not afford a new one or even a used one. I have never been, and never will be embarrassed by having a TC. I just wrote an article for TCA about our camper for the last 35 years, and am a member of GoodSam.
I am sorry that you "think" that I am stirring the pot, and I am sorrier that you probably feel pretty good about putting me in my place.
