When we travel with just the truck and TC, I tell them it is a 25' RV with slide. Even when offloaded, I can typically fit TC and truck on the same site. When we have a trailer in tow, I look at their maximum length restriction prior to asking for a 45-50' toy hauler spot. Pull through spots are easy and I have access to the rear ramp. With "back in" spots, I will drive in nose first so the ramp is accessible. Some sites are tight and I will garage my "additional" vehicles each time I return where wider spots allow me to park them along side my combination. I have fit into "back in" spots shorter than 40' with my trailer attached by unloading the trailer and then backing in with the wheels wheels still on the site, but the rear overhang on the grass.
