Update: I finally did get my parts last week. They sent an email saying they were closed for 2 weeks at Christmas. Why they didn't have an auto response email sent out, or at least post this on their website, I don't know. I guess they didn't want to lose any orders. But it is frustrating when you get no updates or anything, and no parts show up for days and days.
I'm giving them one more shot, as I now need a reignitor for my fridge. Their price with shipping was the same as Amazon.
