Look carefully. That is articulated in the middle just like a regular semi-trailer truck is. Turns should not be a problem, in my opinion.

I should have been more specific, sorry. With the super-long wheelbase of the tow vehicle (tractor?), with a long trailer behind that, tight turns would be very difficult.
