Safety pin that hold the big pin in place on a hich

Does any one besides me have trouble pulling the smaller safety pin that holds the big pin in place on your hitch?
Due to lack of space for my fingers, many times I have had to resort to a pair of pliars

  • I agree. The best thing to do is use a key locking hitch pin. They are very inexpensive and could save you a lot of trouble.
  • I agree with "danager". Furthermore, your hitch isn't cheap, ANYONE with a TT should consider in investing in a locking hitch pin.
  • I had trouble too. The hitches are a bit beefier, and the standard pin length is still being used. I now have a pin that locks with a key, so it is longer and easier to manage.
