It may be a different campaign but it's the same ancient history.
FWIW, if a tie rod has been replaced it may be canted in such a manor as to bind when turned hard one direction. So it doesn't happen at speed. Also, there are only a very few number of trucks affected.
The recall goes out to anyone who has had ANY front end work done for any reason at a dealership.
