Anyway I got tired of waiting and started looking at the Moog aftermarket parts. I went and inspected my truck myself and it turns out I have the original bolt through style linkage which as I understand is not affected. Is there any reason the dealer would say I'm affected by the recall? Greed, laziness and/or stupidity come to mind.
Wouldn't mind getting the new parts for free, but more importantly I want to start towing with my truck again! Are there any concerns with the OEM bolt through parts?
Not that I've heard of. Maybe a picture will help those not sure if they actually need parts.
