Salem cruise lite vs Jayco jayflight
looking at these 2TT both same floor plan Jayco has a few more features but big difference in price and weight Jayco $4500 more and 700 lbs heavier. Is Jayco worth that much more? not sure how Salem...

You save weight be either using lighter materials that are stronger per pound; or by using less steel in the frame, thinner wood, smaller cross sections, less cupboards, etc.(use less material it weighs less).
