I have had 4 truck campers, have owned a number of bumper pull horse trailers, I have ridden in and driven friend's truck camper/horse trailer combination. And I did not wreck. I believe there are better solutions to the OP'S situation.

You guys are free to disagree with my advice, but you cannot discount my experiences.
