It's just been within the last week or two that automotive journalists attended a media first drive event near Bend, OR, so it seems impossible that trucks are for sale already.
Order banks opened in March and first deliveries were scheduled for last week. Check autotrader.com and you will see some already listed for sale. Some of the models like the duallies do have a later production start.
