I had the Casita which is similar to the scamp Really liked the simplicity of the trailer Easy to two etc but did find the 16ft got small quick. I had ac and by pass for the water heater which helped when you winterize for the winter The people I met with Scamps said the same as the Casita people, well build and they hold their value. I did miss not having a screen door. I am now getting ready to by a 19 ft escape which will still give the same advantages of the casita but more space
