I don't have one but I have been seeing one for weeks now at a state park we camp out along the Colorado river here in Arizona. It is the little 13' model.
I mention it because the couple, and their dogs, are Snowbirds wintering here from Alberta Canada. That's right, they are spending MONTHS down here in that little trailer. Granted, they do pull it with a minivan, which I am sure they use to carry the majority of their "stuff," but still it intrigued me.
So I asked them about it and they said they downsized due to realizing they just didn't need most of their "stuff" when they are down here for the winter.
Their campsite is robust, despite the little egg. They have a small dog fence (maybe 18" high) around their "yard" and of course the usual assortment of chairs, table, and BBQ.
They also said they feel they are not wasting all the fuel they used to use and have sense of freedom they didn't feel before. It's still hard for me to believe they live in that little egg, with their two little dogs, for months. Granted, this is Arizona so they are outside much of the time.
It kind of makes me want one just to hook up and go--without having to worry about equalizing hitch, mirror extensions, and the loss of gas milage.
