I've never bought a new TT, always bought a fix-er-up'er.
Don't they include some maintenance instructions when you buy a new one? I've seen other threads on the Forum where it appears the new owners are surprised that something fails in their relatively new TT. A few threads on here where the owners admit to not inspecting the roof joints or other areas where leaks develop. I thought everyone knew what the consequences are for not breaking out the caulk gun occasionally.
