Schematic of Mobile chassis for travel trailer

Could someone help me please? I have a 35 foot 2013 Starcraft Autumn Ridge travel trailer. I contacted Starcraft and asked for a schematic of the metal frame. I need to know how much weight the floor can support and the spacing of the metal cross beams and on the 3 slide outs. Starcraft said "contact the manufacturer" but did not give me the name. I asked for the name and didn't get a reply. Does anyone know the company's name or how much weight the floor can support? Thanks, lmscalgary.
