I think there are a lot of typos or decimal errors in this thread. I don't think the OP wants .004" aluminum, but I've never seen .063" or .094" aluminum foil either (I think that should be .63 mils, or .0006" thick). Typical spark plug gaps run .034-.044" these days, and .125" is, of course, 1/8" thick, for reference.
