Very frustrating, It makes you want to rant and rave, grab them and scream in their face " YOU MORONS, BE GOOD TO ME AND I WILL BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER, LOOKING FORWARD TO SPENDING MONEY AT YOUR BUSINESS AND BRAGGING ABOUT HOW WELL YOU TREAT ME TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN !!"
But no they don't treat us well and probably wonder why customers don't return.
We have a real good RV service and parts center in Springfield, Mo that treat their customers very well. They used to be a an RV dealership but dropped that years ago.Now it's just Service, Parts and Repair. They go out of their way to help you and treat you right.
Good luck finding a dealer that cares.
