I truly feel your pain. I bought my used Eagle Cap 850 from a large multiple lot dealer in Kent and was treated terribly and insulted repeatedly because I wouldn't pay anything close to their asking price. They finally agreed to what I would pay and then persisted to treat me like a leper. I think that many of the large RV dealerships are struggling in this economy and have fewer employees to provide the needed service. This brings about overwork and higher stress levels for the existing employees. Still no excuse for poor manners and poor quality work. Loyalty to a dealership is earned by good, honest business techniques and fair treatment.
