Hi Matt, I too am sorry to hear of your troubles with RV service repairs in your area...but I do need to mention a success story of one in your area. In May, my wife and I traveled from NH to Tacoma, Wa. in our m/h to visit my sister. We have been in the market for a TC for a couple of years. While there, we visited Apache Camping Center in Tacoma. They had the exact model we wanted, an Eagle Cap 1160. We sold our m/h and worked a deal with Leroy and bought the EC 1160. Well, we didn't know it at the time of the purchase, but after dumping our grey water the first time, it leaked and ran out the bottom of the camper (no black water issues, thank God). Anyway, we wanted to tour Eagle Cap in Yakima and took our 1160 back there and told them of our problem with the grey water leaking. Thanks to Dave Frampton for taking us right in to repair it. We got back to my sisters in Tacoma and the next morning, the grey water is leaking again. I called Apache and spoke with Bill in service and he took us right in immediately. They had the rig in overnight and JD had to rebuild the grey water plumbing from the tank to the y-connector. It has worked great without any problems. Our many thanks to Kevin, Leroy, Bill, Matt, JD, Jose and Ashley, What a great crew and exceptional service! We had a GREAT buying experience and after the sale service. We would travel back there again to purchase when the time comes again. Can't say enough good about our experience with them.
Matt, I don't know of the dealership you are referring to and hope it's not Apache, but we had a great experience and were truly pleased with our experience there. Give them a try, and good luck. Let us all know how you make out.
Mark
