I reluctantly had to return to one of the two dealers I referenced to have my repair, repaired again. I picked up the TC today. The leaking grey water tank had to be repaired a second time. My wonderful service advisor first argued with me about the number of in-flows to the grey tank. He said, "one." In my rig there are several -- two of which in plain sight. They had to re-repair the bathroom in-flow they repaired last time around.
While there was "no charge" there was also no apology for my second trip and their mistake. When he was done explaining / arguing with me, my only cue that the conversation was over was the fact he looked down at his desk and stopped speaking to me. I was left to wander around their service lot looking for my own rig.
Probably deserves a letter---problem is, I dont want resolution or apology. I simply wont return.
