Agree on the Excursion. We are on our second one after putting 250,000 miles on the first. We had a diesel Suburban, but the engine blew up (literally) on the LaVita pass in Colorado, which is when I bought the first Excursion :)

We have four kids, so everyone gets some space and the car can pull anything.
